Time: 10 am
Venue: Center of Design and Architecture (CODA at TULC Commercial Block).

About MINUS THIRTY DEGREES: Most photographers take weather as part of their important factor and consideration in order to obtain ideal photographic results. However, Alex's approach is to use weather and it’s ever changing phenomena as his artistic subject of investigation. Investigating fog and mist formation as his metaphoric subject in the Himalayan borderlands, Wong continues to arrest subject and condition that is below 30 celsius. "The chilling and unfriendliness weather condition keeps people away, and I find it strangely beautiful. It endures my presence, but it is rarely welcoming. The deep silence sounds like eternity, and makes me alive again," Alex describes of his photography. Exhibition begins August 22 – September 2, 2016
