My interpretation: 

Art is influential and provoking. Art is very subjective, Art can be thought into 2 parts: form and content. It open rooms and allows different interpretation. When we see art, we observe basic elements of art. The meaning of art is shaped by the intentions of the artist as well as the feelings and ideas it engenders in the viewer. Some purposes of art may be to express or communicate emotions or ideas, to explore and appreciate formal elements for their own sake, or to serve as representation. Its purpose may also be seemingly non-existent.
